Keep a secret secret - and a password too.

Be mindful where you store your passwords. Can you be sure that if you write your password on a post-it no one will ever see it? What if you write it in a notebook? Or a text file on your computer? We humans, can be incredibly bad at this and the next thing we know - our precious information is in the wrong hands. We highly advise against writing your password anywhere but the login field. The best step you can take is to store it in a password manager.
